GROUNDBREAKING — After several days of rain, Mother Nature dried out long enough for Thursday morning’s Kingsville Independent School District groundbreaking ceremony to kick off construction of the new A.D. Harvey Elementary School. Lamar and Harvey School students were on hand to help KISD officials turn several shovelsfull of dirt. Pictured left to right are KISD Board Vice President Corando C.
