Kleberg County Senior Citizen Congregate Dining Menu Served at the Senior Center - 720 E. Lee, Kingsville Ricardo Senior Center and Riviera Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. For the week of Oct. 5 to Oct. 9. Menu may change without notice.

Monday - Beef tips over brown rice, California blend vegetables, steamed spinach, blushing diced pears, whole wheat bread, low fat milk.

Tuesday - Baked chicken, red skin new potatoes, mixed vegetables, sponge cake with strawberries, high fiber wheat roll, low fat milk.

Wednesday - Meat loaf, creamy potatoes, seasoned Scandinavian vegetables, mixed fruit cup with mandarin oranges, whole wheat bread, low fat milk.

Thursday - Pollo guisado with Spanish rice, green beans with tomatoes, romaine lettuce and tomato with carrots and salad dressing, peach with raisins and almonds, flour tortilla, low fat milk.

Friday - Hot dog with chili on whole wheat bun, baked pork-n-beans, carrot and raisin salad, orange, low fat milk.
