GRAND OPENING OF VICTORIA’S BOUTIQUE — The Kingsville Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, Sept. 29 for Victoria’s Boutique, a new business located at the Southgate Mall on South Brahma Blvd. Owner Lucy Rodriquez is excited about the opportunity to bring a new store into the mall. Her boutique specializes in women’s lingerie and accessories. Although she is just getting started, Lucy plans to expand as her business grows.
