TRICK OR TREAT HARVEST PARTY — The Retama Park Baptist Church on General Cavazos Blvd. is gearing up for their annual Harvest Party set for Oct. 31 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The event is free to the public. Hot dogs and chili will be served from 5 p.m to 6 p.m. and then from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. the ‘Trunk’ or Treat Party will take place in the rear parking lot. There will be Hayrides, Petting Zoo, and lots of games to play and candy to be given out to the children. This event is given by the church for a safe alternative to the traditional Halloween festivities for our community. The only thing the church requests is that you refrain from wearing devil or gory costumes to this event.
