Kleberg County Senior Citizen Dining Menu Served at the Senior Center, 720 E. Lee, Kingsville; Ricardo Senior Center, and Riviera Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The menu is for the week of October 26 to October 30.

Monday - Chicken tetrazzini, glazed sliced carrots, steamed cabbage, sliced peach cups, whole wheat bread, low fat milk.

Tuesday - Chicken enchiladas, pinto beans, lettuce, tomato, and carrot salad with dressing, fresh fruit, whole wheat crackers, low fat milk.

Wednesday - Beef tips over brown rice, California blend vegetables, steamed spinach, blushing diced pears, whole wheat bread, low fat milk.

Thursday - Salisbury steak with gravy, creamy potatoes, seasoned scandinavian vegetables, mix fruit cups with mandarin oranges, whole wheat bread, low fat milk.

Friday - Chicken salad, potato salad, apple carrot salad, whole wheat crackers, fresh fruit, low fat milk.
