Gary and Joan Underbrink of Kingsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Shelley Underbrink, to Brian Mosser, son of Leo and Mary Jo Mosser of San Antonio. The bride-elect is a graduate of H.M. King High School, Texas A&M University-Kingsville, and Texas A&M University in College Station. The groomelect is a graduate of MacArthur High School in San Antonio and Texas A&M University in College Station. A Dec. 5, 2009 wedding is planned at St. Pius X Catholic Church in San Antonio.
