WAL-MART FOUNDATION AWARDS LAMAR ELEMENTARY TEACHERS WITH GRANT — The Wal-Mart Foundation recently launched their Teacher Rewards Program. Lamar Elementary Teachers were given $100 grants in the form of Wal-Mart gift cards to purchase items for their classroom. Over $4 million dollars will be given by the Wal-Mart Foundation this year to support teachers and classroom supply needs.
