The Santa Gertrudis seventh grade Lady Lions defeated the Ben Bolt Badgers in two games on Monday, Nov. 2.

The win gave the seventh grade team an undefeated District 31-1A championship going 10-0.

The seventh grade Lady Lions placed second in the Bishop Garriga Tournament and also took the consolation trophy in the Incarnate Ward Academy Tournament.

Both teams are coached by Thomas De Los Santos. Managers for the teams are Emily Gonzales, Victoria Miller, Karina Rangel and Claudia Alvarez.
