RIBBON CUTTING — The ribbon cutting for Mi Paletera (Fruitful Delights & More) was held Oct. 30. This new business opened in September and is located at 634 E. King Street. They serve a variety of fruit cups, smoothies, ice cream, sandwiches, baked potatoes, and Mexican Shrimp Cocktail. They have fruit trays, meat and cheese trays, and all sorts of party platters. Owners Rita Barrera and Omar Gonzales welcome everyone to come by and sample their cuisine. They are open seven days a week.
