Kleberg County Senior Citizen Congregate Dining Menu Served at the Senior Center, 720 E. Lee, Kingsville and Ricardo Senior Center and Riviera Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. For the week of Nov. 16 - 20. Menu may change without notice.

Monday - Breaded beef chopette, buttered potatoes, mustard greens, peaches with raisins and almonds, whole wheat bread, low fat milk.

Tuesday - King Ranch Casserole, zucchini and tomatoes, lettuce and tomato/ carrot salad with dressing, fresh fruit, whole wheat crackers, low fat milk.

Wednesday - Rotisserie turkey with gravy and corn bread dressing, sweet potatoes or pumpkin pie, garlic green beans with pimiento, cranberry sauce, wheat rolls, low fat milk.

Thursday - Italian spaghetti, italian blend vegetables, tossed salad with cucumbers and tomatoes, fresh fruit, garlic sticks, low fat milk.

Friday - Chicken salad, potato salad, apple carrot salad, fresh fruit, wheat crackers, low fat milk.
