Kleberg County Senior Citizen Congregate Dining Menu Served at the Senior Center - 720 E. Lee, Kingsville Ricardo Senior Center and Riviera Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for the week of Nov. 30 to Dec. 4. Menu may change without notice.

Monday - Beef tips over brown rice, California blend vegetables, steamed spinach, diced pears, whole wheat bread, low fat milk.

Tuesday - Pork chopette with gravy, sweet potato, mustard greens, peach raisin and almonds, low fat milk.

Wednesday - Salisbury steak with gravy, buttered brown rice, seasoned Scandinavian vegetables, oranges, whole wheat bread, low fat milk.

Thursday - Hot dog with chili, baked pork n beans, carrot raisin salad, mixed fruit with orange, low fat milk.

Friday - Vermicelli with chicken, seasoned pinto beans, zucchini and tomatoes, apple, flour or corn tortilla, low fat milk.
