Bishop Community


The Bishop Community honored Rev. Gilbert Franke with several events recently, marking his retirement as pastor of St. Paul Lutheran Church after 16 years. The Bishop Chamber of Commerce was on hand to present Franke with a certificate of appreciation for his 15 years of service to the chamber. Left to right, Betty Paschal, Rev. Franke, Beth Franke, and chamber directors Nathan Lee, Betty Schroeder, and Rev Clif Abshier showed their appreciation as he received this certificate. The Bishop Community honored Rev.
