Kleberg County Senior Citizen Congregate Dining Menu Served at the Senior Center - 720 E. Lee, Kingsville Ricardo Senior Center and Riviera Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for the week of Dec. 7-11. Menu may change without notice.

Monday - Chicken fajita with grilled bell pepper and onion, pinto beans, lettuce and tomato with dressing, hot applesauce with raisings and almonds, flour tortilla, milk.

Tuesday - Chicken over rice casserole, okra and tomatoes, lettuce, carrot salad with dressing, fruit, wheat roll, milk.

Wednesday - Beef stew with vegetables, green beans, salad with dressing, fruit, crackers, milk.

Thursday - Chicken tetrazzini, glazed sliced carrots, steamed cabbage, peach cups, wheat bread, milk.

Friday - Closed for inservice.
