OPERATION COOKIE — December Operation Cookie boxes were filled with Christmas cards made by the youth in Sunday School classes of the Church of Christ. Stephanie Campbell supervised the project for those from 2 years of age to junior high. Seven boxes of homemade cookies and treats were sent to those serving in the War of Terror in Iraq or Afghanistan. The homemade cookies plus other treats were donated by members of Bluebonnet Drama Club, Church of Christ, Kleberg County Republican Women, Charity and FLAIR Departments of the Women’s Club of Kingsville. Pictured is a sampling of cards sent in each box.
