Kleberg County Senior Citizen Congregate Dining Menu Served at the Senior Center - 720 E. Lee, Kingsville Ricardo Senior Center and Riviera Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for the week of Dec. 14-18. Menu may change without notice.

Monday - Pork chopette with gravy, sweet potatoes, mustard greens, peach raisin and almonds, whole wheat bread, low fat milk.

Tuesday - King Ranch casserole, zucchini and tomatoes, Romaine lettuce, tomato and carrot salad, strawberry and banana cups, low fat milk.

Wednesday - Italian meat sauce over wheat spaghetti, Italian blend vegetables, tossed salad with cucumbers and tomato, oranges, garlic sticks, low fat milk.

Thursday - Oven baked chicken, creamy potatoes with skins with fat free cream gravy, steamed spinach, rosy applesauce, high fiber wheat roll, low fat milk.

Friday - Chicken salad, pasta vegetable salad, apple carrot salad, fresh fruit, whole wheat crackers, low fat milk.
