DECEMBER ROTARY STUDENT OF THE MONTH — The Kingsville Rotary Club awarded the Student of the Month scholarship to Kenia Mascorro, a senior Presbyterian Pan American School. The December award winner was selected for her accomplishments academically and her participation in extracurricular activities.
