Anna Ruth Garza Anna Ruth Garza, 65, of Bishop, died Jan. 6, 2010.

She was born Sept. 13, 1944, to Juan and Maria Gonzalez.

Survivors include her husband, Jose H. Garza Sr. of Bishop; sons, Jose “Joe” H. Garza Jr. (Rosa) of Bishop, and Omar Garza (Bernice) of Kingsville; daughters, Cynthia A. (Alejandro) Viguerias of Dallas, Dianna (Gilbert) Garza-Gonzalez of Kingsville and Sonia Garza of Bishop; sister, Ella Mae Ortiz (Martin) of Alice; nine grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Jan. 10 at the Kingsville Memorial Funeral Home.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Jan. 11 at the St. James Catholic Church in Bishop.

Burial will follow at the St. James Cemetery in Bishop.
