Kleberg County Senior Citizen Congregate Dining Menu Served at the Senior Center - 720 E. Lee, Kingsville Ricardo Senior Center and Riviera Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. For the week of January 18 to January 20. Menu may change without notice.

Monday – Off for Martin Luther King Day.

Tuesday – Breaded pork chopette w/ country gravy, whipped potatoes, mustard greens, sliced peaches, low fat milk.

Wednesday – Chicken tetrazzini, paisley buttered carrots, steamed broccoli spears, sliced cinnamon apples, garlic french bread, low fat milk.

Thursday – Carne guisada over spanish brown rice, spanish green beans, lettuce tomato salad w/ fat free dressing, pear crisps w/ raisins & almonds, flour tortilla, low fat milk.

Friday – B-B-Q on a whole wheat bun, ranch style beans, hot cabbage slaw, mixed fruit cups w/ oranges, low fat milk.
