Kleberg County Senior Citizen Congregate Dining Menu Served at the Senior Center - 720 E. Lee, Kingsville Ricardo Senior Center and Riviera Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. For the week of January 25 to January 29. Menu may change without notice.

Monday – Swiss steak, scalloped potatoes, savory green peas, apricot w/ raisins & almonds, high fiber wheat roll, low fat milk.

Tuesday – Italian meat sauce over wheat pasta, Italian blend vegetables, tossed salad, fresh red apple, garlic bread sticks, low fat milk.

Wednesday – Hamburger on wheat bun, pinto beans, lettuce, tomato & onion, hot peach crisp, low fat milk.

Thursday – Oven baked chicken over brown rice, seasoned green beans, okra and tomatoes, tropical fruit parfait, whole wheat bread, low fat milk.

Friday – Baked fish wedge w/ lemon slice, broccoli Swiss pasta, glazed baby carrots, strawberry & banana cup, high fiber wheat roll, low fat milk.
