HOSA MEMBER ADVANCES TO STATE — The
Health Occupations Students of America area
competition was held this weekend in Brownsville
and H.M. King student Mira Gandhi took first place
in Extemporaneous Speaking and moves on to State
competition scheduled for April 15 in Houston. Other
HOSA members who competed were Ruby Tejeda,
Extemporaneous Writing and Keisha Vasquez,
Medical Photography.
