Anastacio G. Martinez Jr. Anastacio G. Martinez Jr., 87, of Kingsville, died Feb. 9, 2010, in Kingsville.

Martinez was born on Dec. 15, 1923, in Kingsville to Anastacio and San Juanita Martinez.

He was a retired rancher.

Survivors include three sons, Jose A. (Yolanda) Martinez, Lauro S. (Leonor) Martinez, both of Kingsville, and Thomas Martinez of Corpus Christi; three daughters, Juanita M. (Fernando) Moreno of Kingsville, Maria Guadalupe Martinez of San Antonio, and Teresa (Carlos) Balboa of Chicago, Ill; one brother, Alvino (Viola) Martinez of Kingsville; one sister, Margarita Escamilla of Kingsville; 21 grandchildren, 36 greatgrandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held Feb. 11 at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.

A religious service was held Feb. 11 at Ramirez- Salinas Funeral Home.

The funeral service was held Feb. 12 at King’s Way Family Church with the Rev. Edwin Cann officiating.

Burial followed at Chamberlain Cemetery in Kingsville.
