Early voting for the March 2 Kleberg County Primary elections continues through Friday at the Kleberg County Courthouse.

Voters can enter the northside basement to access the early voting location.

Early voting is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

As of mid-day Tuesday a total of 916 votes were cast in the Democratic primary election and 199 were cast in the Republican primary election, according to the county clerk’s office.

In order to vote early, registered voters are required to present their voter registration card or a stateissued driver’s license or indentification card.
