DIABETES ALERT DAY -CHRISTUS Spohn Health System partnered with the American Diabetes Association Tuesday to offer free diabetes screenings for Diabetes Alert Day. Alert Day is a one-day “wake up” call asking the American public-“What will you do to stop Diabetes? Know your risk.” Participants were informed about the risks of the disease and the effects that can occur when diabetes is not controlled.
