The Kingsville Convention & Visitors Bureau is currently seeking sponsorships for the Train Days of Kingsville event to be held May 7, 8, and 9.

Train Days is a celebration showcasing the history and events that have made the City of Kingsville what it is today, a city rich in history, heritage and culture.

The event will feature live performances by Del Castillo, The Band in Black (A Johnny Cash tribute band), Los D Boyz De La Rosa, Blue Moon Swamp (A Creedence Clearwater Revival tribute band) and OSO Texas.

There will also be speakers, lectures, a live drama production of “How the Rails Made Kingsville,” exhibits, model train displays, a barbecue cookoff, tours, “walk the rail” vendors, and more.

“We offer four different types of sponsorship opportunities, ” Eddie Aguilera, CVB Events Manager, said.

Sponsorships will be available for Platinum-$5,000; Gold-$3,000; Silver-$1,000; and Bronze-$500.
