Maria G. Gonzales Maria G. Gonzales, 82, of Kingsville, died March 29, 2010, in Corpus Christi.

She was born on March 18, 1928, in Kingsville to Primitivo Garcia and Guadalupe Rios Garcia.

Gonzales, a homemaker, was a member of Templo Bethel Asamblea de Dios where she was an active Sunday school teacher.

Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Gilberto Gonzales Sr. of Kingsville; five daughters, Molly Gonzales and Martha Paloma Gonzales, both of Kingsville, Sarah (Brian) Snider of Indiana, Annie (Brett) Rider of Boerne, and Lydia (David) Rios of Corpus Christi; three sons, Gilbert (Eva) Gonzales Jr., Ruben (Estella) Gonzales and Onofre Gonzales, all of Kingsville; several grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.

A prayer service was held April 1 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. Manuel N. Garza Jr. officiating.

A funeral service was held April 2 at Templo Bethel Asamblea de Dios, 628 East Richard Street in Kingsville with Martha Paloma Gonzales officiating.

Burial followed in Kingsville at the Santa Gertrudis Cemetery.
