The Memorial Middle School’s Jazz Band competed at the Texas A&M University- Kingsville Jazz Festival on March 26 and received a Superior Rating from the judges. The Jazz Band is directed by Raymond Mendez and assisted by Eli Lopez. Kingsville Independent School District band directors are Rolando Molina, Porfirio Mendez Jr. and Mae Trevino-Mendez.
