Plan to attend the Pioneer Breakfast on Saturday, May 15 from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. during Bishop’s Centennial Celebration. Besides having a delicious campfire breakfast, participants will be entertained by the Rough Riders, a cowboy band from Boerne, a chuck wagon cooking demonstration, a weaving demonstration (pictured), a Cowboy Poet, and ReEnactors (shootout). Tickets will also be sold the morning of the breakfast until plates are sold out. The breakfast will be held at Bishop City Park Pavilion. The cost is $7. Tickets are available at Dr. Lawhon’s office, the Chamber of Commerce office, or on line at www.bishoptx100.org.
