Kleberg County Senior Citizen Congregate Dining Menu Served at the Senior Center - 720 E. Lee, Kingsville Ricardo Senior Center and Riviera Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. For the week of April 12 to April 16. Menu may change without notice.

Monday – Chicken fajitas with grilled bell peppers and onions, Spanish brown rice, lettuce and tomato, hot cherry crunch, flour tortillas, low fat milk.

Tuesday – Bar-be-que on wheat bun, ranch style beans, steamed cabbage, mixed fruit cup with oranges, low fat milk.

Wednesday – Chicken tetrazzini, parsley buttered carrots, steamed broccoli, sliced cinnamon apples, garlic sticks, low fat milk.

Thursday – Carne guisada over Spanish rice, Spanish green beans, lettuce and tomato salad with fat free dressing, pear, raisin and almond cup, flour tortillas, low fat milk.

Friday – Mandarin chicken salad, vegetable pasta salad, apple carrot salad, sugar-free gelatin, whole-wheat crackers, low fat milk.
