April has been declared Sexual Assault Awareness and PreventionMonth in Kingsville. The Women’s Shelter of South Texas, Child Protective Services ofKingsville staff, and Kingsville Police Chief Rick Torres accepted the proclamation, whichwas presented by City Commissioner Stanley Laskowski.
