Michael Garcia Michael “Mike” Garcia, 46, died on April 17, 2010.

He was born on Feb. 6, 1964, to Tomas and Herlinda Constante Garcia in Brownsfield.

Garcia was a member of First Christian Church.

He was a mechanic for over 35 years.

Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Belinda Garcia of Kingsville; one daughter, Melynda (Sonny) Chavez of Kingsville; five sons, Michael (Julie) Chavez of Corpus Christi, Matthew (Natasha) Chavez, Mark (Marisol) Chavez, Max Chavez and Marcus (Maria) Chavez, all of Kingsville; six grandchildren, four sisters, Rosa Linda Madero of Sinton, Mary Helen (Jesus) Garza of Houston, Terry (Frank) Molina of Kingsville, Lupita (Steve) Constante of Sinton, four brothers, Thomas (Delia) Garcia of Corpus Christi, Joe (Ida) Garcia of Sinton, Richard (Maria) Garcia of Rockport, Jesse Garcia of Sinton.

A prayer service was held at Turcotte-Piper Mortuary on April 20.

A funeral service was held at 1 p m. at Turcotte- Piper Mortuary on April 21.

Burial will follow at Chamberlain Cemetery in Kingsville.
