Chemcel Federal Credit Union celebrated its grand opening recently at its new location, 1901 S. Highway 77. Chemcel FCU has been serving the families of Celanese employees since 1951 and now serves residents living, working, worshiping or attending school in Kleberg and Nueces Counties.
