In a setting of elegance and formal style, the President’s 2010 Legacy Ball celebrated the achievements of Texas A&M University-Kingsville students, faculty and staff.

The 2010 Legacy Society honorees were also recognized at the annual gala held April 17.

Over 250 people attended the event, which was held at the TAMUK ballrooms. The ball included dinner and dancing.

Dr. Steven H. Tallant, TAMUK president, acknowledged the guests and friends in the university community, thanking them for their support.

“This event is a tribute to the individuals and organizations that are linked with the proud history and recent achievements of A&M Kingsville,” he stated.

Since 2004 when the gala began, over 100 members have been inducted into the Legacy Society.
