Randolph Scott Hoefelmeyer Randolph “Randy” Scott Hoefelmeyer, 24, of Bishop, died Monday, May 3, 2010.

He was born on July 28, 1985, in Colorado Springs, Colo., to Ralph Samuel Hoefelmeyer and Johanna Dee Menn Hoefelmeyer.

He graduated from Bishop High School in 2003.

Hoefelmeyer was employed as a cashier for Snappy Foods in Bishop and was a student at Texas A&M University- Kingsville.

Survivors include his wife, Laurie Diane Guajardo of Bishop; son, Aidan Scott Hoefelmeyer of Bishop; daughter, Leila Diane Hoefelmeyer of Bishop; father, Ralph Samuel (Jan) Hoefelmeyer of Colorado Springs, Colo.; mother, Johanna Dee (Kevin) Johnson of Bishop; two brothers, Jeremy Ivan Johnson and Shane Lee Johnson, both of Bishop; and sister, Amber Ketlyn Johnson of Bishop.

A Celebration of Life Service was held May 6 at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel in Kingsville, with the Rev. Sheldon Johnson officiating.
