CARDONA’S TEMA WICKED WINS


CARDONA’S TEMA WICKED WINS CHAMPIONSHIP AT TOURNEY – Aaron Cardona, of Team Wicked 11U, won first place at the “Lone Star Classic 11U Premier” baseball tournament in Houston on April 11th and compiled a record of 4-1 for the weekend. Team Wicked defeated the LYNX, of the Woodlands, in the championship game 10- 5. Aaron was the winning pitcher in the Championship game going four innings. He was also credited with the win on Saturdays game against The Avengers of Spring. Team Wicked is comprised of players from Corpus Christi, Brownsville, and McAllen. They are currently ranked second in the state and No. 19 nationally.
