Edwardo R. Resurez Edwardo R. Resurez, 74, died on May 11, 2010 in Kingsville. He was born on December 4, 1935 to Martin and Inocencia Resurez in Kingsville. He was a retired laborer.

Survivors include his wife, Rufina Resurez of Kingsville; four daughters, Elvia (Jesse) Gomez, Sylvia (Valentin) Basaldua, and Mary Jane (Ruben) Morales all of Kingsville and Melissa (Armando) Rodriguez of McAllen; six sons, Eddie (Rachael) Resurez, Ismael Resurez, Abraham (Zulema) Resurez, Martin Resurez, and Andy Resurez all of Kingsville; 19 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held Thursday, May 13.

A religious service was held Thursday, May 13 at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.

The funeral mass was held Friday, May 14 at The Worship Center, 1108 W. King St. with Pastor Rufino Sendejo officiating.

Burial followed at Evangelico Cemetery in Bishop.
