State champs receive a Badger welcome
Joshua Smith and Caleb Holmes (both standing to the left) received a hero’s welcome at Bishop High School upon arriving from Austin where they won the University Interscholastic League 2A state title in boys doubles on Tuesday. Bishop’s cheerleaders (right) gave them a well-deserved ovation.

Smith and boys doubles partner Caleb Holmes won the University Interscholastic League 2A state crown at a tournament held in Austin Monday and Tuesday defeating three opponents in the process.
