District 34 Representative Abel Herrero administered the oath of
office to Bishop Mayor Victor Ramos, Council Member, Place 2, Rafaelita Cardenas,
and Council Member, Place 4, LeeRoy Kieschnick at a regular Bishop City Council
meeting Tuesday. Ramos will serve his second term as mayor, Cardenas has been on
the council for 20 years, and Kieschnick has served for 22.
