The groom is the son of David and Dorothy Strong of Topsham, Maine.

The bride wore a princess line Alfred Angelo gown with a strapless neckline, dropped waist, high-low hemline and pearl and crystal beading.

She was given away by her father in the double ring ceremony.

The matron of honor was Michelle Lynn Small, sister of the bride.

The best man was Todd Strong, brother of the groom. The ring bearer was Logan Small, nephew of the bride.

A reception was held at the Rockefeller’s in Virginia Beach.

Kimberly works as a gym attendant in Norfolk, Va. Joel is a naval aviator in Norfolk, Va. The couple will reside in Virginia Beach, Va.
