Shirley Mae Timmerman, 68, of Falfurrias, died on May 23, 2010.

She was born on May 4, 1942 to Henry Timmerman and Anna Marek Timmerman in Kingsville.

Timmerman was an accomplished seamstress.

Survivors include her children, Cynthia (Chuck) Young of Comfort, Ralph (Maryann) Gearhart of Spring Branch, Henry (Jylaine) Gearhart of Edinburg, Mark Gearhart of McAllen, Christine (Keith) Hattenbach of Rockport, and June (Robert) Schuette of Hutto; brothers, Kenneth (Betty) Timmerman of Agua Dulce, and August (Lisa) Timmerman of Falfurrias; sisters, Marion (Dick) Bayliss of Brazora, Elizabeth Timmerman of Agua Dulce, and Jeanette (Johnny) Boerjan of Falfurrias, 14 grandchildren, three greatgrandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Viewing was held May 28 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams in Falfurrias.

A funeral service was held May 28 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams in Falfurrias.

Burial followed at the Falfurrias Burial Park.
