Kleberg County Senior Citizen Congregate Dining Menu Served at the Senior Center - 720 E. Lee, Kingsville Ricardo Senior Center and Riviera Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for the week of June 14-18. Menu may change without notice.

Monday – Swiss steak, scalloped potatoes, green peas, apricot with raisins and almonds, wheat roll, low fat milk.

Tuesday – Italian meat sauce over wheat pasta, Italian mixed vegetables, lettuce and tomato with dressing, red apple, garlic bread stick, low fat milk.

Wednesday – Hamburger on wheat bun, pinto beans, leaf lettuce, sliced tomato, sliced onion, hot peach cup, low fat milk.

Thursday – Oven baked chicken quarter, brown rice, green beans, okra and tomatoes, fruit parfait, wheat bread, low fat milk.

Friday – Baked fish with lemon slice, broccoli Swiss pasta, glazed baby carrots, strawberry banana cup, wheat bread, low fat milk.
