Kleberg County Senior Citizen Congregate Dining Menu Served at the Senior Center - 720 E. Lee, Kingsville Ricardo Senior Center and Riviera Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for the week of June 21-25.

Monday – Beef stroganoff, California blend vegetables, green beans, blushing pears, high fiber wheat roll, low fat milk.

Tuesday – Cheese enchiladas with meaty chili gravy, Spanish brown rice, tossed salad, fresh orange, whole-wheat crackers, low fat milk.

Wednesday – Salisbury steak with brown gravy, wheat potatoes, seasoned spinach, mixed fruit cup with citrus, wheat bread, low fat milk.

Thursday – Chicken tetrazzini, paisley buttered carrots, steamed broccoli, sliced cinnamon apples, garlic French bread or wheat bread, low fat milk.

Friday – Tuna pasta salad, potato salad, apple carrot salad, sugar free gelatin, whole-wheat crackers, low fat milk.
