Kleberg County Senior Citizen Congregate Dining Menu Served at the Senior Center - 720 E. Lee, Kingsville Ricardo Senior Center and Riviera Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for the week of July 5 - 9. Menu may change without notice.

Monday – Off for Fourth of July.

Tuesday – Cheese enchiladas with sauce, seasoned pinto beans, lettuce, tomato and carrot salad with dressing, orange, wholewheat crackers, low fat milk.

Wednesday – Hamburger on wheat bun, baked beans, hamburger salad, hot apricot, low fat milk.

Thursday – Chili and beans with picante sauce, mexicali corn, hot fiesta cabbage, peach pineapple cup, flour tortilla, low fat milk.

Friday – Tuna salad, pea and cheese salad, waldorf salad, fresh fruit, wholewheat crackers, low fat milk.
