Walter Michael Ebarb, 36, of Kingsville, died July 1, 2010 in Kingsville.

He was born on May 3, 1974, in Columbus, Ohio.

Ebarb earned a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) from Weston Jesuit School of Theology, Cambridge, Mass., and took up doctoral studies at the Catholic University of America, Washington, D.C.

He was employed as a peer provider specialist at Coastal Plains. He was a member of St. Gertrude’s Catholic Church.

Survivors include his parents, Mary R. Mattingly and W. Ebarb.

A rosary was recited July 6 at St. Gertrude’s Catholic Church followed by a memorial funeral Mass celebrated by Msgr. Roger Smith.

Turcotte-Piper Mortuary was in charge of the arrangements.
