Kleberg County Senior Citizen Congregate Dining Menu Served at the Senior Center - 720 E. Lee, Kingsville Ricardo Senior Center and Riviera Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. For the week of July 12 to July 16. Menu may change without notice.

Monday – Salisbury steak with creole sauce, scalloped potatoes, winter blend vegetables, mixed fruit cup with mandarin oranges, ninegrain bread, low fat milk.

Tuesday – Baked chicken with mushrooms, red skin potatoes, mixed vegetables 5 way, vanilla pudding with strawberries, high fiber rolls, low fat milk.

Wednesday – Pepper steak over brown rice, California blend vegetables, steamed spinach, blushing pears, low fat milk.

Thursday – Arroz con pollo, green beans with tomato, romaine lettuce, tomato and carrot salad, apple and peach cup, flour tortilla, low fat milk.

Friday – Sliced ham with pineapple sauce, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, fruit, wheat bread, low fat milk.
