Kleberg County Senior Citizen Congregate Dining Menu Served at the Senior Center - 720 E. Lee in Kingsville, Ricardo Senior Center and Riviera Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for the week of July 26 to 30. Menu may change without notice.

Monday – Breaded pork chopette with country gravy, sweet potatoes, collard greens, Mandarin orange cup, and low fat milk.

Tuesday – King Ranch casserole, zucchini and tomato, Romaine lettuce, tomato and carrot salad with dressing, strawberry banana cup, whole-wheat crackers, and low fat milk.

Wednesday – Italian meatballs in marinara sauce over wheat spaghetti, Italian blend vegetables, tossed salad with cucumbers and tomatoes, hot peach cup, garlic bread stick, and low fat milk.

Thursday – Oven baked chicken, creamy potatoes with skins, steamed spinach, applesauce, high fiber wheat roll, and low fat milk.

Friday – Barbecue sausage link on wheat hot dog bun, potato wedges with ketchup, steamed cabbage and carrots, fruit, and low fat milk.
