Mrs. McDonald was a long-time resident of Kingsville, Tex, until she moved to be with her son in Chowchilla, Ca. in 2004. Mrs. McDonald “went home” on May 28, 2010 at the young age of 89. She had been living in Chowchilla Convalescent Center for the past 3 years.

She was preceded in death by her late husband, James E. Mc- Donald, the love of her life. She leaves behind scores of friends and loved ones.

Mrs. McDonald is survived by her only living sibling Jack Creager of Boise, Idaho; David McDonald and daughter in law Priscilla of Gulf Shores, Al., She leaves behind 2 grand children, Kimberly McDonald of Gulf Shores, Al., and Matt McDonald of Daphne, Al. Also survived by 7 great grandchildren. Mrs. McDonald had an “adopted” grandchild, Troy Allen of Florence, Tx.

Eloise was a native of Texas, born April 5, 1921. She had been a member of First Baptist Church, Kingsville, Texas for over 60 years.

There will be a memorial service for Mrs. McDonald July 29th, 2010, 11AM at the First Baptist Church, Kingsville, Texas. Pastor Troy Allen will be conducting the service. The family is without adequate words for the prayers and best wishes of so many in the community and her church home.
