Florence Miriam Myers, 85, of Kingsville, died Saturday, July 31, 2010, in Kingsville.

She was born on Oct. 17, 1924, to Charlie Pantel and Josephine Dentler Pantel in Victoria.

Myers, a homemaker, attended Christ United Methodist Church in Kingsville.

Survivors include her husband of 63 years, John R. Myers of Kingsville; two daughters, Charlotte

Bruce) Baker of New Braunfels, and Kay Senior of Kingsville; son, James R. Myers of Sugar Land; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

A private memorial service will be held at the Turcotte-Piper Mortuary Chapel in Kingsville with the Rev. Linda Baumheckel officiating.
