GROUND BREAKING HELD — The Housing Authority of the City of Kingsville held a ground breaking Thursday for Heights of Corral. The new $8.5 million multifamily residential rental community that was once Brown Villa will be built at its present location, 100 W. Corral. In attendance were many housing authority board members, city commissioners, and Kleberg County Sheriff Ed Mata.
