Kleberg County Senior Citizen Congregate Dining Menu Served at the Senior Center - 720 E. Lee, Kingsville Ricardo Senior Center and Riviera Center from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for the week of Aug. 30 to Sept. 3. Menu may change without notice.

Monday – Italian meatballs in Marinara sauce over wheat spaghetti, Italian blend vegetables, tossed salad with cucumbers and tomatoes, peach cup, garlic bread stick, low fat milk.

Tuesday – Chili beanspicante sauce, Mexicali corn, hot fiesta cole slaw, peach pineapple cup, whole-wheat crackers, low fat milk.

Wednesday – Hamburger on wheat bun, baked beans, hamburger salad, hot apricot, low fat milk.

Thursday – Cheese enchiladas with sauce, seasoned pinto beans, lettuce tomato and carrot salad with dressing, fresh fruit (orange), whole-wheat crackers, low fat milk.

Friday – Tuna salad, pea and cheese salad, pasta salad, fresh fruit, whole-wheat crackers, low fat milk.
