SCHOOL SUPPLY DONATION-Around $1,200 worth of school supplies was presented to KISD Superintendent Emilio Castro Tuesday for Kingsville ISD students as a result of a back to school concert held in July which was sponsored by the Kingsville CVB, the Kingsville Boxing Club, King Ranch Saddle Shop, Salonde Lis Spa and Boutique, Lions International, Kingsville Police Dept., Kingsville- Kleberg County Parks and Recreation, CB’s BBQ and was hosted by Solid Knockout Entertainment. Attendees were asked to bring new school supplies as admission to the concert and monetary donations from the sponsors was used to buy supplies as well.
